Owen James – Commercial Director:

Owen has more than 20 years of senior level experience within the credit industry, in particular with Intrum Justitia where he held posts including Consumer Managing Director and Regional Sales and Marketing Director.

Owen has worked with many blue chip companies from the UK, Europe and the US to develop effective and sustainable credit management outsource solutions.

He is a member of the Institute of Credit Management.

Martin Wright (Board):

Graduated from Oxford University with a BA (Hons) and MA in History.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross in 1993.

He then spent 7 years in investment banking at Hambros Bank in both London and Johannesburg and 3 years with ABN AMRO in London as a Director.

He joined JZ International in April 2003.

Peter Fee (Finance Director):

Joined Mackenzie Hall 2008.

Past President of ACCA (2009 - 2011) - Chartered Association of Certified Accountants in Scotland.

Also member of Chartered Institute of Bankers.

John Plimmer (Board):

Graduated from Victoria University of Wellington, with Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA) in Economics.

Executive and Director with Hambros Bank Group between 1981 and 1997 in Melbourne, Sydney and London.

He Joined JZ International in 1999.

Miguel Rueda (Director):

Graduated in Business Administration and Finance from the American University in Paris, received his MBA from Texas University.

Strategic Management of Technology Based Companies Program from the IESE Business School and Stanford.

Former CEO, Equifax Southern Europe.

Jock Green-Armytage (Mackenzie Hall Holdings Chairman):

Graduated from McGill University with a BA in Economics and received his MBA from Columbia University.

He joined NM Rothschild & Sons Limited in 1970 and was appointed an executive director in 1977.

He was Managing Director of The Guthrie Corporation plc between 1982 and 1988 and was a non-executive director of NM Rothschild & Sons Limited from 1988 to 1997.

He is Chairman of JZ International Ltd and Chairman of AMEC plc and a non-executive director of JZ Equity Partners and a number of other companies.
