Mackenzie Hall Appoints Director of Compliance

New Role Signals Continued Growth for Late Arrears Specialists

Rob Sands has been appointed Director of Compliance at Mackenzie Hall Ltd, in a move signalling continued growth for the late arrears specialists.

 

Previously Compliance Manager with the Kilmarnock based debt collection agency, Sands has been with Mackenzie Hall since 2004, initially joining as a collector before taking on a new role in 2008 to head up a team dedicated to compliance and customer care.

Earlier this year, Rob's received an award from the CSA recognising his outstanding contribution to compliance, and he continues to work closely with the industry body to develop and disseminate best practice. He is also driving forward the creation of a Scottish Compliance Forum, and recently became a member of the Association of Credit Professionals.

 

Rob added: "I am delighted to accept this new post within Mackenzie Hall. Its creation recognises the pivotal role compliance will play in the growth of the business and the future of the industry and I look forward to working closely with my colleagues at Mackenzie Hall, my peers and the regulators in this new capacity."
