Brian Macfarlane

Mackenzie Hall are delighted to announce the appointment of Brian MacFarlane who has joined Mackenzie as an addition to our Client Relations Team.

Brian brings over 15 years collections industry experience, mainly in the client side of the business in telecoms, banking and local government.

He recently left BPO Collections as head of collections to progress his career with Mackenzie Hall.

Brian's experience and knowledge of collections from an operational, client service and panel management background will allow Mackenzie Hall to continue to be a leader in its field and provide an excellent service to new and existing clients.
