Owen James Joins Mackenzie Hall as Commercial Director

Consumer debt recovery agency Mackenzie Hall Group is set to continue its growth throughout 2011 with the appointment of Owen James as Commercial Director.

James joins the late arrears specialists following more than 20 years of senior level experience within the credit industry, in particular with Intrum Justitia where he was most recently Regional Sales and Marketing Director before undertaking a number of European consultancy projects.

The new post will see James drive forward Mackenzie Hall's business growth, building new and existing client relationships as the business continues to expand.

Since it was established in 2003, Kilmarnock-based Mackenzie Hall has become one of the UK's fastest growing debt collection agencies, earning an enviable reputation for both innovation and commercial effectiveness particularly in the late arrears market. Over recent months, the company has been actively recruiting from throughout the industry, and in 2011 anticipates further key appointments along with a 30% increase in headcount.
